What is your primary product or service?
retail sales of horse equipment, saddles, tack, and bits. wash and repair blankets, clipper blade sharpening, LMF grain, leather repair.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We both were wholesale traveling representatives for competing saddle companies. Being road warriors is a tiring job, always gone from home. The Horse Blanket was a customer, and when the previous owners wanted to sell and retire, we jumped at the chance. We have always had horses, and are very keen students of our trade. We enjoy retail, and helping people, especially those new and interested in horses.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Knowledgeable service. You would be hard put to find people more attuned to the horse business, and with the knowledge we have of its past, present, and hopefully, the future.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 location, in the heart of horse land in Central Point and Southern Oregon/Northern California. we do not have any plans to expand.

How do you answer that without sounding wrong? we would just pitch in and help them with any questions, or queries they have. We solve problems without expecting gratitude. a simple Thank you is a two way street.
