How long have you been in business?
Auto Body Clinic was opened on this site in 1961, It was purchased by the current owners, Doug & Carole Dunn in 1975
What is your primary product or service?
Collision repair and painting of cars and trucks.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started in this business painting cars trucks and custom motorcycles. It was my passion back then. Now forty eight years later it is still my passion. I like to help people and this is a good way for me to do that.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are one of the longest running family owned and operated auto body shops in Oregon. We treat each of our customers as we would a member of our family. At Auto Body Clinic you are a customer with a name, not an unknown with just a number. Doug does all of the painting and inspects each repair prior to it leaving the property. We are ICAR and ASE certified.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
This is our only location We will always remain the size we are. Doug does not want to chance a loss of Quality through expansion. Over 50 years in the same location. I think we will stay, we are pretty happy here.

We are located at the intersection of Riverside Ave. and Edwards St. on the east side of Riverside. Call us at 547-779-2891 if you would like us to give you directions
What type of payments do you accept?
Personal checks and cash are accepted. Sorry we do not accept credit or debit cards.
Which areas do you service?
We have served the Rogue Valley, Grants Pass, and the Applegate valley since 1961. At times we have brought in specialty cars from as far as Washington to the North, and Arizona to the South.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Doug and Carole own the company. You will find Carole in the office and Doug in the shop most days.
What are your hours of operation?
8:00am til 5:00pm Monday through Thursday. Fridays on special request. We close for lunch from 11:00 to 12:30 daily. If you have special needs we will come in early or stay late for you.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment we can ever receive is when a customer refers a friend or neighbor to us. The compliment that tops all was from a little girl of about six, she hugged me and said her mommy was so happy she cried.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
John 3:16 For God so Loved the world, He gave his only be gotten Son... Can you imagine God's Love being so strong that he was willing to give his Son so that you and I may have everlasting life.
