How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2003. We have combined experience in Cultured Marble and Design for over 30 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We manufacture and install Cultured Marble for bathroom tub surrounds, showers, and vanity tops in Southern Oregon.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The owner, Gary Spoonts has been in the Cultured Marble industry for close to thirty years. The showroom Manager has been in Design for eighteen years. Our team is passionate not only for excellence in our product offering but also striving to provide exceptional customer service to our clientele. We believe the key to success is to learn to do something right and then doing it right every time.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We go out of our way to make sure our clients have a positive experience. Remodeling a bathroom can be a daunting experience. We pride ourselves in being able to assist our clients from the professional design process to implementation. We also offer an exclusive product called Nu-Stone which emulates natural stone giving our clients an updated version of Cultured Marble.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location in Central Point Oregon which is our manufacturing facility as well as our showroom.

From Medford, take Highway 62 toward Eagle Point. We are located 3 miles north of Costco. We are not actually on the highway. There is a street between West Coast Appliance and Garrison's Home furnishings on the left hand side that does not have a name. Take that left. We are located two buildings behind West Coast Appliance on the right hand side. Our showroom hours are Monday-Friday 7am - 4pm. We also offer evening and Saturday visits by appointment only.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash and checks only. We do not offer Credit cards at this time.
Which areas do you service?
We offer service in Southern Oregon from Klamath Falls to Brookings.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Gary and Karen Spoonts are the business owners. Gary does all the home visits for taking measurements and meeting with Contractors and Homeowners. He also handles all of the production and installation scheduling. Toni Marie is our Showroom Manager meeting with clients and contractors in the design and selection process and runs the daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Saturday and evenings by appointment only.
