How long have you been in business?
I have been in business since 2008. However I have been coaching Managers and performing corporate trainings since 2003.
What is your primary product or service?
-Business / Executive Coaching -Sales Coach / Consulting - Corporate Training (leadership,communciations, etc.) Business Coaching is a powerful relationship between two or more people engaged in a thought provoking and creative process, wherein clients realize their true business potential, cultivating previously unimaginable results.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a very successful Sales Manager for a Fortune 500 company. I was travelling excessively and decided to pursue sales coaching as a business locally to be home more. After looking into, I found out that there are many small to medium sized businesses that need essential help in creating amazing organizations. As an Area Manager, I basically ran my own business and managed a team of sales professionals in B2B sales. Additionally, my wife and I own and operate a local property management company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My business management and sales experience. Through the Naval Officer leadership training, Fortune 500 best practices and those learned through becoming a Certified Business Coach at businesscoach.com, I have been able to hone my skill and abilities at coaching other individuals and organizations to excellence.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently have one location here in Medford. There are plans to expand in the near future. The growth will be targeted to add additional Coaches on into Eugene and Portland.

Which areas do you service?
In person coaching is within the local area. However, business coaching is just as effective performed over the phone. So I am not limited to geography in any way and accept clients in all 50 states.
