How long have you been in business?
I have been in business since 2001. I had originally opened business in central Oregon As the housing market crashed Business opportunities deminished greatly. So I moved back to southern Oregon To bring our great company to serve the Rogue Valley Residents.
What is your primary product or service?
Our main focus of service is residential carpet and upholstery cleaning. We Use our own natural cleaning solution that is babysafe 100% I would not have it any other way.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked for ChemDry Carpet Magic as a foreman for both Josephine and Jackson counties. I fell in love with the customers. I have never met such a great group of the nicest people. I also love the before and after self appreciation of cleaning. I see a dirty carpet and my job is to provide the best cleaning and to WOW the customer. This is still true to this very day.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As most of my fellow colleagues, We provide quality services. I am differant in the carpet cleaning aspect because I use only all natural cleaning solutions for residential carpets. When We are done cleaning there is zero residues left behind. No odors, No stiffness of carpets, and Our solutions are designed for chemically sensitive customers. It is natually Hypoallergenic. Safe for everyone.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am located in Grants Pass. I serve Jackson, Josephine Counties, Brookings and Harbor areas, and Roseburg.

I do not provide any services from the office.
What type of payments do you accept?
We do accept Visa, Cash, Personal Checks and Business Invoices.
Which areas do you service?
Jackson, Josephine, Curry and Coos counties
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I run the entire operation at the moment until the economy permits.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate pretty much 24/7 So If I sound tired and worn out, chances are I am. My Customers always come first. After my family of course.
