24 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Work Order Repair Software for Auto Shops, Boat Repair Shops, Computer Repair. Basically any kind of repair order can be made with Digital Wrench.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started writing Software in college (OIT). From there my business partner talked me into writing POS for Video Stores. Later, we start writing our Work Order Software, Digital Wrench.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We still do constant updates on the software, and we answer the phone.

What type of payments do you accept?
Four major credit cards and Paypal.
Which areas do you service?
Nationwide and Locally.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Don Stracener and Ray Rippey
