What is your primary product or service?
ARCHIVE-CD, LLC converts paper documents, records, photos, slides, microfilm, microfiche, 3.5" and 5.25" floppies, and VHS tapes to easy to use digital files.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a former hospital administrator, secure record storage was always an issue. I spent three years researching products and processes before starting the company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide value-added service as a part of our basic pricing.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently we have one location located in Jacksonville, Oregon. For several years we had a presence in Portland, Oregon but have downsized in response to the economy.
